I have taken Pass port at Hyderabad as i was residing at LBN/Ranga

I have taken Pass port at Hyderabad as i was residing at LBN/Ranga Reddy and it is supposed to be renewal during 2015 But i did not renewal so far where as iam residing at VJA since 2015 September as I was transferred on AP & teangana Division .Now i want to have renewal of pass port intermediately for such how i have to followed.
