I havea driving licence issued from DTO Pakur Jharkhand which is valid upto 2015. I m living in surat Gujarat for long period of time. I want to make a driving licence in surat. I m trying myself to get my licence made. I have visited three times at rto office but nobody is to explain the procedure. actually these type of work r done by dalals. if I go direct at office they will ask to many papers and formalities. if I talk to dalal they want just rs.1000 and not many documents
so I will try again and if I fail to do then I will have to contact dalal for driving licence.here system is not good.
