All refunds are now electronically handled and there is no scope for such delays. I suggest you file an RTI application to ascertain what has happened to your refunds.

I havent got any of my refund for the assessment year 2008-09, 2009-10 & 2010-11, as i have filed the IT Return through my CA & i also have acknowledgement letters for the same. when i go to the IT office, the officer says that you will get this refund in next 15 days this is the 3rd time i have got the same reply. can u help me by giving ur valuable suggestion to come up from this.
