I live at Vignanagar, Bangalore-37.
This is regarding the bwssb cauvery water connection. I have got the folder with all the necessary documents, and have contacted a few plumbers(authorised by bwssb). They are charging a fee(apart from 3390 pro rata charges for the second floor) of Rs 8000.
Do I have to pay this amount? And how much should I pay for the meter connection and to the person who comes to the house for measurement and calculation of the pro rata charges?
(We have no one willing to come without us paying them a minimum advance of Rs 3000, as their charges)
