I lost my cell phone in an autorikshaw..when i went to file FIR..police…
I lost my cell phone in an autorikshaw..when i went to file FIR..police personal asked the location from where i boarded the rickshaw..the location is 3 km away from the place i got down..and forgot my mobile in rickshaw..the mobile is expensive..with more expensive datas.
later on the officer asked for affidavit..i want to ask ,is affidavit needed for registration of FIR for lost mobile.also he asked some money else..
is it legal..? is there any way my mobile can be retrived.
