I paid RS.5000+,RS. 4000 + RS.2000 for getting the succesion certificate
I paid RS.5000+,RS. 4000 + RS.2000 for getting the succesion certificate for transmission of shares to my mother name . thereis no legal problem init as we are two children to my father. please kindly clarify the amount that i spend is higher so far. still the advocate wants 2000 so idon know is he correct. also kindly mention te court fees fixed by court to get that certificate. the shares value is 275000
