I purchase Bitumen from Gujrat Against Form 16.and@2%CST. I used bitumen for making road of PWD Department because I am Regd govt contractor.I have provide 'C'form to Dealer who sale the bitumen to me. am I eligible to take 'C' form to sale tax deptt?because dealer has been issued notice to me for 'C' form.
