I purchased a flat last year. I paid the house tax for the same and nothing is pending now. last month i went Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam office for getting the record updation. i want my name to be on the house tax records instead of the person who owned it befor i purchased it. They people were asking for Rs 2500/- for that. when i contact Customer care centre they said it should not be more that 500 or 600. So i din't get the record update. will you pls. let me know what should be the exact amout. I purchase that flat for Rs. 29 Lacs.
