I purchased house site in the year 2001 at pidimgoyyo panchayat

I purchased house site in the year 2001 at pidimgoyyo panchayat near Rajahmundry. At that time it was not DTCP lay out.Now i want to give the site for devlopment. So i have to convert the same into house site.I would like to know that how much i have to pay to panchayat for land conversion?
