I purchased a newly constructed house in Raipur. the seller given original documents B-1, property tax receipt, naksa (map) etc on date of registry. my lawyer submitted all original documents in sub-registrar office after few days i got my registry paper. But in this registry paper only stamp papers are original other documents like B-1, property tax receipt, naksa (map) etc are photocopy. My lawyer told me no original you will get because these papers deposit in Tahsil office. I want to know is it true that purchaser get photocopy of all documents except stamp papers.
