I WANT TO ADD NAME OF MY WIFE IN RATION CARD

There is a separate form for the addition of the name which you wil get at the circle office where you had applied for a ration card. Or, you could find the form 2 available for download online. Fill that up and present it to the circle officer along with your ration card.



If you present application for addition of names along with documentary proof i.e. deletion certificate issued by the competent authority, in case of shifting; or birth certificate/proof of marriage etc., in case of addition to the family, addition of names in your Ration card is done the same day. Otherwise, the process may require upto 7 days.
