I want to change my wife's name and address in her passport to the new name as shown in our marriage certificate and also change the address to my address. Could you please help me out step by step on how to get this done? I heard some people paying Rs 7,000-10,000 as bribe to get this done. I do not want to bribe anyone when it can be done for very less amount as per proper procedures.
