I want to change the plan of my BSNL post paid mobile. I got the connection from Aizawl, Mizoram; but now I am not there anymore. So I want to know if it can be changed online or not. I have sent my request vide SMS (as per the procedure available in the net) a number of times in the past, but I never got any response from BSNL nor my plan is changed.
