I want to file an RTI against the urban development authority of Surat Municipal Corporation (SMC) construction of incomplete roads in my society. We have already given application in zone office regarding the matter on 03/01/2012. But till date we have not received any information or any of the SMC authority turned up to look into the matter. So i want to file an RTI against above matter to SMC.
