I want to know that can a housing society charge more maintenance from a tenant if a house is on rent and from others who are owners and living to their own homes charges less maintenance.Is it possible?
Secondly can an owner runs commercial activity in his house but a tenant cannot run commercial activity,....
i want a guidance on this.
