I want to know what to write in the petition for filing a PIL. There has been rampant felling of trees in Asansol for the purpose of construction of a 4 lane highway. The felling of trees has led to increase in pollution level in Asansol so much, that it was recently ranked 72 out of 73 in the list of cleanest cities.
