I want to made a correction in my daughter's birth certificate.
I want to made a correction in my daughter's birth certificate. My daughter is now 1 year old. The hospital provided the correct details and the mistake was made from the ward office. From more than two months I am trying to get it corrected but the authorities neither allow me to submit the application officially nor they are willing to correct it and asking me to call every alternate days.
Neither any on line correction form is available. I am urgently want to apply for the passport of my daughter.
How to deal with this? Need a suggestion.
