I want to register in IRCTC eWALLET to register that it is asking

I want to register in IRCTC eWALLET to register that it is asking for first name in user profile in pancard. i have entered my name but it is showing entered card Holder's first name does not match with first name in user profile.
Once i have checked through the internet ward and circle in that i have seen instead of my surname my name is present instead of my name surname is present?
so please help me and send me the details of first name which is present in my profile
