I was driving my bike at about 40kmph on the right side of the road...
I was driving my bike at about 40kmph on the right side of the road when a pedestrian boy who was playing with his friend started running in my lane looking back. I struck him at about the same speed, bcoz I did't have time to apply breaks. He fractured his leg while I got some minor bruises. Now he lodged an FIR against me. I wasnt at fault and if he fractured his leg he has his own stupidity to blame. I had a learners liscence at that time. So have I commited a punishable offence?
