I was in the Indian Air Force[ 15 years ].in my service records i gave wife's pet name instead of the full name in certificate.Now when i requested Air Force record office to change her name as in the certificate they are asking me to publish in the Gazette. My question is which gazette should i publish, in the state govt. or the central Govt.[ In the discharge book the photo is same only the name is different ]
