Im divorced and my son is with me.i have changed his name late month for his future welfare going to enter in ration card. should i want to change the name in birth certificate? and can i apply passport for him with my name? i have a work offer in abroad can i take him with me? please tell me the procedure how can i apply passport for him? please guide me...
