Inspector in charge and Circle Inspector of a Police Station of West Bengal police have forwarded a charge sheet to the the court wherein the Investigating Officer without investigating as per section 157 crpc the matter has mentioned untrue story which caused a innocent person had imprisoned for 12 days and now going to face session trial. This fact has already been written to Chief as well as Home Minister of WB, Chief Secretary, Home Secretary, DIG of Police, SP, Human Rights Commission etc in the month of February 2013 but no action has taken by any of the above mentioned authority. If any person entangled in a criminal case putting false charge without going through any investigation as per section 157 crpc then how the guilty police officers even other officials who has not taken any action against the corruption after coming in their knowledge can be punished and what kind of action I should take against that kind of corruption as well as illegal act. I don't want to spend money behind lawyer.
