I've 10acres land registered on my land. When asked registrar office about pattadar passbook, they were asking a bribe of Rs.3000/- per acre, so for 10 acres it is around 30,000Rs/- asked as bribe. Please help me on, how to proceed forward without paying bribe, (applying through e-seva , application not proceeding forward)
