Madam / Dear Sir,

I am an employee of public sector bank and a tax payer. I have some fixed deposits and TDS is deducted from the interest paid on FDs. I have availed demand loan against these FDs. Now I am paying monthly interest on loan availed on FDs. Can I claim back the TDS from Income Tax, as interest earned on FD is paid back on loan?
I am trading in share market also and earning some profit . Please advise which ITR should I file?
