Traffic police A.S.I RAVIKUMAR FROM LUDHIANA every day checking vehicles in the residential area of Model gram,near model gram railway station Ludhiana.Misbehaving with people and every day making disturbance near residence.arrogant behavior with people.to day he misbehaving with me.I was coming with my kid and wife without helmet.He stopped my vehicle remove the key and asking 300 RUPEES with harassment.He supposed to make chalen but he threaten me saying I will hang you.asked him why you misbehaving but he said I will show my power.is it democracy of India.please take action against him.
