Motor cycle was taken on finance during 2013. Before completing installment the Registration Certificate has been lost. To sell the vehicle now clearance is essential but in absence of Registration Certificate the finance company has refused to issue clearance. please advise further formalities to be done at our end to obtain duplicate Registration Certificate
