A muda approved site of correct dimention of 12.12meters by 9meters, the court in the final decree ordered the site as 9meters by 12 meters. On asking that how did they do khata without considering the correct dimention report, they said that , they have done on the basis of court order hence they dont have to check other detail. now I want to sell that site, how should I go about.
