My Brother Name Akash Yame 21 yr Student of AMC engineering college bangalore was arrested by police as he had some fight with his neighbour and the rent owner had call the police but the thing is the police as taken my brother on 4th May 2016 and realse him on 5th May 2016 my brother have been brutally beaten up by them and now he has been admitted to NIMHANS he is mentally sick and there is no law to beat up the criminal even though my brother is not criminal or any gangster then why???
