My driving licence no.DLRAP015155092009 issued by RTA Karimnagar....

My driving licence no.DLRAP015155092009 issued by RTA Karimnagar. Meanwhile I have been transferred to Rajahmundry. As per the information by the RTO Agent, I have applied for Genuineness certificate well in advance through my friend at Karimnagar for renewal of the same at Rajahmundry. So far I have not receied the Genuineness certificate. Please let me know sir is there any other way to renew the same at Rajahmundry.
