My driving license was originally issued in Coimbatore Tamilnadu where I was earlier residing. Later on I got the address on my license transferred to Porbandar RTO where I am presently residing after obtaining an NOC from Coimbatore RTO. Now my License has expired and to get it renewed here in Porbandar the authorities are once again asking me to get another NOC from Coimbatore RTO for this purpose. Is this demand genuine because the procedure of obtaining NOC is tedious. It is going to be more than a year since my license has expired.
