My husband passed away on 15th February 2015 .He had 40 shares of United Spirits ltd in his name. I have requested Integated Enterprise India Ltd Bangaluru (The share transfer company) to transfer the shares in my name. Unfortunately the certificate is lost and no nominee was declared on it. But all declared dividends and shares related letters like e-voting come to my address. The company requested me to furnish a succession certificate to transfer the shares in my name. I have only one son. How should I proceed and what will be the expenditure for it. I have the folio no to exhibit my claim. Pl help.
