My indian passport was renewed in Bahrain and is valid till 21/02/2019.

My indian passport was renewed in Bahrain and is valid till 21/02/2019. The signatures on my passport photo is on a separate piece of paper pasted on the photo . So i cannot get visa for a holiday outside india for this reason . Can i get this changes here in jammu and how much time it will take
