My mother asked municipal officer to transfer authority of her husband's shop who passed away 14 years ago in her son's name, the officer asked for bribe but my mother refused to give, then in any way the officer without bribe that he had taken in other way, finally transfer the shop authority but he increased the rent by 61.5% from previous. So, I want to ask is it right? The govt. has given the authority or pass the rule to municipal officers , that they can increase so much rent of municipal shop in case of transfer of shop to a heir of family. Kindly reply with the right way and answer me so that i can ques. them. Please, it is a request, help me.
