My name is Ravi Pahuja and I am resident of Burhanpur (M.P.) I am a Photographer by Job. It so happened that I completed a marriage Photo and Video Order at Dharni. The customer gave me part payment of it. But after the order completion He refused to pay my complete bill. And he abused me for that. After quite some days some police constables arrived at my office and asked my younger brother Vikram Pahuja that The T.I. Sir (Named Mr. Rajput) of Burhanpur City Police Station has called you. My brother got there and met with T.I. Sir. He asked my brother to give the Photographs of marriage (Order) to the customer without asking for any payment. He also said that If you don't do as per my words I will make any false suit on you. My brother just said yes and came to home. But I thought for a while and found it inappropriate to give the complete Photographs of order to the customer without complete payment. So I told him to be quiet and we are right and will see what happens. I thought that why Mr. Rajput (T.I.) sir is interested in the wrong thing as well as forcing me to do so.
After 6-7 days (Today) 2 constables again arrived at my office and told me to come at Police Station. I humbly told them told that I am busy with some work and will be there shortly. But they asked me to talk to Mr. Rajput on phone. One of the constabl called him over his phone and handed the phone to me. I told Mr. Rajput Sir that my brother is out of town and I may come in quite some time but he angrily abused me of Mother and Sister. I didn't liked that. Indian constitution doesn't allow anyone to abuse a normal citizen as such. I haven't committed any crime, I am just asking for my payment for the work I have done. But Mr. Rajput is forcibly telling me to forget my payment and hand over the work. I humbly will respect you to pleased look in this matter as soon as possible.
