My spouse died on 2011 march 3,recently i got married and my second spouse is at AMERICA.now i want death certificate to apply visa..at the time of 2011 panchayat tasildar secratery issued death certificate with seal stamp and sign and death registration number.is it original to proceed or i want to proceed.he died at small town near nellre chintareddipalem.
