My two wheeler ( HERO HONDA BIKE) is registered from up in year 2000 and going to complete its 15 years of period which now needs re-registartion.
presently i am residing at Patiala whether i can re-register the vehicle from patiala
RTO , if yes what is the procedure
and if not then what to do?
