Planning to register the new car

Planning to register the new car (I am going to buy) without any brokers in Noida(by myself)

So has anyone done this before "without the help of brokers" in Noida RTO.Is it practical or feasible.

I have my legal Rent agreement as address proof.

Suggestions are very welcome.
