Police here in Ballalpur Bridge are collecting bribe openly. Its an open raquet running here for months now. Nobody says anything because its the police. The bridge has been constructed for small vehicles but the cops take bribe and allow fully loaded trucks to cross over it. They block the vehicles who refuse to pay the bribe. This leads to road -jams everyday. Can anyone to anything about it?
