Postman wants money to deliver each letter
The postman that delivers letter to us wants Bribe every time he delivers a registered post, speed post, any government papers and any international post else he will not deliver the letter to us and send it back. Since we are on rent, all our postal letter are to be delivered to our permanent address but he denies to deliver it their and reverts back the important papers.
