Purchased a free hold land in Sept 2001 in Haridwar (Area 693 sq. yd.). Land Converted for residential use in Sept 2002. Whenever I go there for mutation of land, lawyer refuse to get mutation but other plot holders are getting mutation of land there. My just neighbor who bought 1000 sq. yd. land with me has got mutation in MARCH 2014. How should I get mutation ?
