* Require some guideline regarding extension of tourisa visa
* A one year child has visited on 20th Nov., 2013 and at the moment is staying with his grand parents.
* As per the rules he is supposed to return back by 20th May, 2014, but due to some reasons, it would be favourable if he can get an extension of 2 more months.
* Can you please give us gs guidelines regarding the legal procedure for it.
* If VISA status can be changed to other VISA for extension
* Also if by any change the person has to extend stay in medical ground, what are the legal procedures to be followed.
