Resident of Ernakulam, cochin, Kerala . Taken my 2 wheeler driving licence from KAVARATHI, U. T. of Lakshadweep, but permanent address showed as Kochi. ie. no change in address. Now settled in Ernakulam, Cochin, Kerala state itself.
My licence expired yesterday. What is the procedure for renewal of driving licence?Can I renew it from Cochin (Kakkanad RTO) ? What are the documents requried? Pls help me
