Respected Sir/Madam,
Actually my wife got birth certificate on1989 from her born place of NALLATHAMBI HOSPITAL,Tuticorin not from government.But now it is not there and in that her name was not there and Date of Birth was given wrongly like 13/02/1990.But really her Date of birth is 13/02/1989,in that certificate they mentioned details are registered.Now how we can get proper certificate with concern department? please give me full details.
