Sir I am 18 years of age and want to apply for a learner's licence for LMW and MCY categories.
So, my question is that. few months back I was residing in Alwar, Rajasthan in our "own" home. But know we are living at Bhiwadi, Rajasthan (about 100 KMs from Alwar). And now when i went to the nearby transport office. I was told that they wont accept the application since my address proof is of Alwar. Do I have to go all the way back to Alwar solely for applying for my Learner's Licence? Please suggest.
