Sir, i am having 5 cents of land which was not converted to non agricultural land which i bought before dec 2007.Now i want to build a house on that plot.So , I applied for layout approval through LRS . For that, muncipality asked the conversion certificate.Then I applied for conversion through MEESEVA.Now Revenue Dept telling for 5 cents conversion not required.Ask the muncipality for GO on this regard.Please, guide me on this.
