I have obtained surrender certificate from food office authorities Bangalore.Now I am residing with my family at 317-S 25th cross hebbala IInd stage Mysore.I have to get one APL ration card with reference to the surrender certificate available with me.Please tell me the correct procedure to get the APL ration card
