Sir, My driving licence was obtained from Bhuj RTO in Gujarat. Now due to transfer in my service I recide in Ratnagiri in Maharashtra state. My Driving Licence has to be renewed. How do I renew it from Ratnagiri? Kindly provide details of procedure and payments to be made.
