Sir, my existing light motor vehicle licnece has been issued by RTO Bareilly in may 1995 when I was serving in the Army. Now I have been retired from the Army and expiry date of my driving licence is 27 May 2015. As I am a resident of Sonipat so I want to renew it at Sonipat . Can it be possible to renew it at Sonipat without going to Bareilly.
