Sir, My mother was availing widow complimentary pass from Sr. DFM's Office Bangalore. We have requested on 17. 09.2013 by registered post to Transfer of Pass account (First Class Widow Complimentary Pass) from Sr. DFM/SBC, Bangalore office to a foreign Railway (AEN/BWT) , Bangarpet office in favour of Smt. R. Kodhanayagi, W/o Sri. Late G. Raman, Retd AA in office of FA
