ganesh shetty and shama begum fakruuddin,in old passport wife name mentioned as shama ganesh shetty,but in all the present documents the name is shama begum fakruddin so we want the same name in new passport,we have the marriage certificate.any other documents to be produced during varification and we are appling passports for our children .and we have a affidavit in kannada language stating that both shama begum and shama ganesh are same.
